RELEVANT CONTEXT

The projected volume of housing development in Russia by 2025 will be about 900 million sq.m. Thus, the plan is to provide 30 million Russians with new homes. The task of this scale requires the development of high-quality template solutions that will, on the one hand, minimize costs at all stages of the project, including upkeep, and on the other, significantly improve the quality of the residential environment in Russian cities.

BASIC TARGET MODELS OF URBAN ENVIRONMENT

The project is based on the basic target models of the urban environment that were developed by KB Strelka: low-rise, mid-rise and central. Each of the models developed on the basis of the analysis of the basic scenarios of the daily life of the urban dwellers is formed by a set of parameters assigned to it that determine the functional diversity, volume and spatial characteristics of the environment itself.

THE TASK FOR PARTICIPANTS

The participants of the Competition will need to design up to 4 standard solutions of a residential house for one of the environment models. The variability of solutions is designed to provide a variety of appearance of the urban environment. The proposed solutions should set a new quality of affordable housing throughout the country.

Schedule

• The Competition is organized in two stages. Application submission starts on October 11 and continues till December 25 2017. In February 2018 20 Finalists will be selected by the Jury. During the Second Stage the Finalists will add improvements to their Design Proposals according to expert recommendations. In the middle of April 2018 following the second Jury meeting the Winners will be announced.

Jury

• The Jury will consist of the representatives of the National Institution for Housing Sector Development Foundation, the Russian Ministry of Construction as well as prominent Russian and international architects and experts in the field of residential development.

Prize

• Each of the 20 finalists of the First Stage will receive a reward of 1m Russian roubles (about €14,600). At the end of the Second Stage the Prize Fund will be allocated the following way: up to five 1st Place Winners will receive 2m Russian roubles each (about €29,200), up to five 2nd Place Winners will receive 1.5m Russian roubles each (about €21,900), up to ten 3rd Place Winners will receive 1m Russian roubles each (about €14,600). In both cases all figures include VAT, personal income tax and any other applicable taxes and fees associated with exchanging roubles into foreign currency. All figures in € are subject to change due to currency fluctuation.

مدل های هدف اصلی محیط شهری

این پروژه بر اساس مدل های اصلی هدف از محیط شهری است که توسط KB Strelka توسعه یافته اند: کم ارتفاع، متوسط و مرکزی. هر یک از مدل های مبتنی بر تجزیه و تحلیل سناریوهای اساسی زندگی روزانه شهروندان شهری بوسیله مجموعه ای از پارامترهای اختصاص یافته به آن، تعیین می شود که تنوع عملکرد، حجم و ویژگی های فضایی محیط محیط را تشکیل می دهد.

وظیفه ای برای شرکت کنندگان

شرکت کنندگان مسابقه باید یک راه حل استاندارد از یک خانه مسکونی را برای یکی از مدل های محیطی طراحی کنند. تغییر پذیری راه حل های ارائه شده باید تونعی از ظاهری محیطی متنوع را فراهم کند. راه حل های پیشنهادی باید کیفیت جدید مسکن ارزان قیمت را در سراسر کشور تنظیم کنند.

نکته

هر شرکت کننده باید برای هر بخشی که شرکت می کند (شامل نوع کم ارتفاع، متوسط ارتفاع، مرکزی یا بلند مرتبه که فقط حق انتخاب یک نوع را دارد) باید 4 نوع راه حل ارائه دهد.کسانی موفق خواهند شد پیروز این مسابقه باشند که با راه حل هایی با بالاترین کیفیت هزینه های پروژه را به حداقل برسانند و در عین حال مسائل زیست محیطی را مد نظر داشته باشند و بهبود ببخشند.

• هیئت داوران شامل نمایندگان موسسه ملی توسعه بنیاد مسکن، وزارت ساخت و ساز روسیه و همچنین برجسته ترین معماران و متخصصان روسی و بین المللی در زمینه توسعه مسکونی خواهند بود.

جوایز طرح های برگزیده

• تا پنج رتبه اول:هر برنده حدودا 137 میلیون تومان
• تا پنج رتبه دوم:هر برنده حدودا 102 میلیون تومان
• تا ده رتبه سوم:هر برنده حدودا 68 میلیون تومان
